q778 was built for Pakistani players who want a premium betting experience — clear odds, honest terms and games that work on any connection, from Karachi to Peshawar.
q778 started with a straightforward observation: Pakistani players were underserved. The platforms available were either built for foreign markets with confusing interfaces, offered odds in formats that made no sense locally, or buried their terms and conditions in legal jargon that nobody could actually read. We set out to change that.
From the outset, q778 was designed as an English-language gaming and sports betting information platform with the Pakistani player at the centre. That means cricket markets front and centre — PSL, T20 Internationals, ICC tournaments — alongside football, UFC, live casino, slots and esports. It means quoting amounts in PKR, referencing payment methods that Pakistani players are already comfortable with, and writing terms that you can actually understand before you agree to them.
Our platform serves players across Pakistan's major cities — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar — and continues to grow because we earn that trust every day through consistent, transparent operation.
We are not the loudest name in the market, and that is deliberate. q778 invests in product quality, fair odds presentation and responsible gambling tools rather than empty promises and inflated bonus headlines. Players who have experienced how other platforms operate tend to notice the difference quickly.
q778 was conceived to deliver a genuinely Pakistan-focused online gaming experience — in English, with PKR amounts, local payment context and cricket-first sports coverage.
Our technology team built a mobile-first platform optimised for the network conditions and devices most common across Pakistan. Performance on 4G and even 3G connections was a core design requirement, not an afterthought.
Before opening to players, q778 embedded deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls and self-exclusion tools. Responsible play is not a checkbox — it is architecture.
We expanded our sports betting coverage to include comprehensive PSL and ICC tournament markets, live in-play betting, and a growing esports section covering titles popular with Pakistani audiences.
q778 introduced a tiered loyalty programme — Bronze through Black — rewarding consistent players with cashback, reload bonuses and priority support rather than one-time sign-up incentives that disappear.
We continue to add game titles, refine our odds offering and improve support response times based on direct player feedback from our community across Pakistan.

Every decision at q778 comes back to one question: does this make things better for the Pakistani player? Our mission and values define how we answer that question across every part of the platform.
To provide Pakistani players with a transparent, accessible and responsible online gaming and sports betting platform — one that puts clarity of information and player wellbeing ahead of short-term revenue tactics.
Bonus terms, wagering requirements, game RTPs and withdrawal conditions are presented clearly and in plain English. No fine print traps, no misleading headlines. What you read is what you get.
Gambling carries real financial risk. q778 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session controls and self-exclusion tools as standard. We actively encourage players to use them and never pressure anyone to increase their spend.
Most Pakistani players come to us on mobile. Our platform is engineered to load fast and play smoothly on the devices and connection speeds that are most common across Pakistan — from Lahore fibre to Peshawar 4G.
Our support team is available 24/7 in English and Urdu. We treat every support request seriously — whether it is a simple question about a PSL cricket market or a sensitive responsible-gambling matter.
Player data is protected by HTTPS/TLS encryption at all times. KYC and AML controls are applied to keep the platform safe. We do not sell your personal data and we never will. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
q778 is not a generic platform with Pakistan added as an afterthought. Every content decision, every payment reference, every sports market priority reflects the reality of what Pakistani players care about and how they play.
Cricket is the national sport and the dominant betting market for Pakistani audiences. Whether it is a PSL league match in Lahore, a Pakistan versus India ICC clash, or a domestic T20 fixture, q778 ensures that relevant cricket markets are prominently available and clearly presented. Football — particularly European leagues and international fixtures — is our second-largest sports category, followed by a growing UFC and combat sports section.
On the casino side, our game catalogue includes live dealer tables with Urdu-speaking options where available, alongside slots, table games, and interactive live titles. The live dealer experience is specifically popular with players in Karachi and Islamabad who want the feel of a real casino without leaving home.
We reference familiar Pakistani payment methods — Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as context for the kinds of transactions our players are already comfortable with. These references are for informational context only and do not imply endorsement of gambling by any payment provider or financial institution.
Responsible gambling is not a legal box to tick — it is a genuine part of how q778 operates. We provide tools, information and support to help every player stay in control.
Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a cooling-off period.
Define how much you are comfortable losing over a set period. Once the limit is reached, betting is paused automatically until the period resets.
Set session duration reminders so you always know how long you have been playing. Take regular breaks — the platform supports that choice.
Request a temporary suspension or permanent self-exclusion at any time through customer support. Requests are actioned promptly and treated with full confidentiality.
Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether you have a question about your account, a cricket market, a bonus term or a responsible gambling concern, we are here to help — in English and Urdu.
